Meditation Group Bülach

This meditation group was founded in 1997/98 by Susi Heusser and Ruth Hebeisen together with Lama Irene.

Currently we are a small group of practitioners and start the evening with a short meditation. Since September 2023 we have been reading Lama Jigme Rinpoche’s book “The Handbook of Ordinary Heroes: The Bodhisattvas’ Way”. We conclude the evening with a short Tchenresi practice.
